Motorcycle Deliveries
In Korea gasoline is a precious commodity. So, as many things as possible are delivered by motorcycle and scooter! The post office has a fleet of them as does every pizza place in the city. During the busiest hours of the days packs of 15-20 motorcycles will be congregated at red lights. It was a slow morning.

Recipes: food, family, and friends...travel and tradition

I spent the late afternoon putting some of my favorite recipes back in their box after having them accumulate, from frequent use, next to my stove. New favorites were also transcribed from their scraps of paper onto new recipe cards. I love my recipe collection. It makes me feel close to family and friends when we are so far away. New additions also remind me of where we have traveled. Hotteok and kimbap are new additions entering the box today.
