Mistake in the translation, perhaps?

This storefront makes me laugh every time I go by it. I often wonder if this is the translation the shop owner intended.

The streets of Itaewon are filled with shops, street vendors and crowded sidewalks.
The overpass one walks over to get to Itaewon from the US Military Installation.
